SwitchONBenefits is a subscription-based platform offering deals and coupons, exclusive to Vodacom users. It doubles as a data conduit for Vodacom, enhancing consumer profiles and service offerings.

We revamped the old site to streamline the user experience, replacing its convoluted journey and basic interface with a premium, trustworthy platform. Our focus was on creating an efficient path from deal discovery to redemption, benefiting users, deal providers, and data collectors.

We began by collecting pertinent user data and constructing consumer profiles, integrating new innovations into our approach. Subsequently, we meticulously charted the complete user journey, prototyping and creating low-fidelity wireframes to conceptualise the process.


Moreover, we seized the relaunch opportunity to overhaul the brand's visual identity, refining its visual style.

To ideate and execute a brand campaign, spanning across all channels, that encourages consumers - ages 25 to 45 - to consider Bash as their number 1 online destination for fashion and lifestyle.

We began by collecting pertinent user data and constructing consumer profiles, integrating new innovations into our approach. Subsequently, we meticulously charted the complete user journey, prototyping and creating low-fidelity wireframes to conceptualise the process.

After obtaining approval on the initial journeys and concepts, we progressed to developing high-fidelity designs and constructing detailed interactive components to specify the functionality of various platform elements.


Throughout the project, which was in a constant state of evolution, we remained agile, swiftly adapting to incorporate new concepts as they arose. The collaborative efforts of all team members culminated in a significantly enhanced product, which continues to undergo refinement and iteration to this day.
